📸 What kind of photos work best?

Clear, well-lit photos showing your pet’s face and full body work best. Bonus points if it captures their personality! Think: floppy ears, goofy grins, or that signature head tilt you love.

🎨 Can I choose the scene?

Absolutely! Each piece begins with a themed background that brings your pet’s vibe to life—like sunny sunflowers, sunset beach days, or peaceful Torii gates. Pick the one that feels most like them.

🖌️ Can I request a completely custom scene?

Not yet—but we’re working on it! Right now, we offer a curated selection of beautiful themes to choose from. Stay tuned as we grow—we can’t wait to offer even more custom options in the future.

Our Custom Design Process:

• Full-Body Art: We don't just crop your pet's head. We use their full body to create a natural, seamless placement inside the beach scene.
• Advanced Precision: Our custom digital design system captures your pet's distinct features, fur patterns, and unique personality with stunning clarity.
• Hand-Touched Finishing: Every single design is manually inspected and retouched by hand to guarantee flawless spot detailing before printing.

🔁 Can I see proof and request revisions to the artwork?

Yes! We want you to absolutely love your custom keepsake! That is why we handle everything openly before we print.

• Free Digital Art Preview: Sent via email within 24–48 hours.
• Up to 3 Revisions Included: Tweak the design until it is perfect.
• 48-Hour Auto-Approval: To prevent shipping delays, designs are automatically approved and printed if we don't hear back within 48 hours.
• Pre-Print Protection: Cancel for a full refund anytime before digital art approval or the 48-hour window closes.
• Final Sale Policy: Due to the permanent nature of custom items, sales are final once production begins.

Can I use a photo with more than one pet?

👯 At this time, we’re able to feature up to 2 pets per artwork to ensure the highest quality and detail. 

⏳ How long does it take to receive my order?

Our items are made with love, consideration, and precision. 
Please allow 4–8 business days from order to delivery.
Each piece is thoughtfully designed —no shortcuts, no mass production. 

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the U.S. and Europe only. As we grow, we hope to expand our pawprint even further.
