📸 What kind of photos work best?

Absolutely! Each piece begins with a themed background that brings your pet’s vibe to life—like sunny sunflowers, peaceful beach days, or magical Torii gates. Pick the one that feels most like them

🖌️ Can I request a completely custom scene?

Not yet—but we’re working on it! Right now, we offer a curated selection of beautiful themes to choose from. Stay tuned as we grow—we can’t wait to offer even more custom options in the future

Our artwork begins with AI-generated concepts, but it’s our creative team that brings it to life. Every design is hand-refined into a custom digital illustration, enhanced with care, detail, and heart. It’s art made by people—AI is just the starting brush

🔁 Can I request revisions to the artwork?

Because of the handcrafted nature of our process, we’re not able to offer revisions once your order is submitted. But don’t worry—we take great care in matching your photo and scene, focusing on every detail to capture your pet’s personality. Trust the process—it’s pawsitively magical

👀 Can I see a proof before my product is made?

Yes! For $4.99, you can select the Preview Your Product option during checkout. You’ll receive a digital proof for approval before we print your final piece.
Please note: this option must be selected at the time of purchase

👯 Can I use a photo with more than one pet?

At this time, we’re only able to feature one pet per artwork to ensure the highest quality and detail. We hope to offer multi-pet options in the future!

⏳ How long does it take to receive my order?

Our items are made with love, not in a rush.
Please allow 4–6 weeks from order to delivery.

Each piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted—no shortcuts, no mass production. That extra time? It’s love in the making.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the U.S. and Europe only. As we grow, we hope to expand our pawprint even further
