Refund policy

We have a no refund policy, which means you cannot make a return after receiving your item. if you request to cancel your order within 24 hours after the product has been purchased, than a refund is possible. requesting to cancel your order after exceeding the 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
If you decide to request to cancel within the 24 hours after making your purchase, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
