Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing PawsitivePrintzz! Because each tumbler is custom-designed using your pet's photo and hand-pressed in our studio, we want to ensure you know exactly what to expect regarding your order.

1. Production & Processing Time

All of our products are made-to-order.

• Design & Proofing: Once we receive your pet's photo, please allow 2-3 business days for us to create your digital portrait and refine the details.

• Production: After the design is finalized, it takes 1 business days to hand-press and quality-check your tumbler before it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping:  $6.50 (Usually 3-5 business days via USPS/UPS).

Note: Shipping times are estimates and start once the package leaves our studio, not from the date the order was placed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your tumbler or mug to ensure they arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at pawsitiveprintzz@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and the packaging, and we will make it right.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship to Europe and the United states. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
